Role Overview
This full-time position for Sales and Marketing Agents is based off-site, catering to clients across Kampala and the wider region of Uganda. The key duties entail identifying prospective customers, delivering sales presentations, closing deals, and managing ongoing customer relationships. The role also involves educating clients on product usage and benefits, crafting and implementing marketing initiatives to boost visibility and sales, keeping precise sales records, participating in regular meetings, and working closely with the marketing team to roll out campaigns.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong abilities in communication and customer service
- Demonstrated success and experience in sales and marketing roles
- Experience in providing product or service-related training
- Competency in formulating and implementing marketing strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation capabilities
- Self-driven, with an aptitude for working independently
- Experience within the technology sector considered advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
