- Design customized solutions comprising products and services with contractual terms that satisfy customers’ medium to long-term needs, incorporating insights from internal experts. Present and negotiate these solutions with customer representatives within established commercial boundaries, or evaluate and approve team sales proposals that deviate from norms, escalating as necessary.

- Oversee selected segments of business performance metrics to ensure alignment with financial targets and strategies.
- Administer a portfolio of contracts, including negotiating service-level agreements and managing activities related to major contracts.

- Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as technology, policy, regulations, or operations, maintaining accreditations and staying current on industry regulations and best practices via continuous professional development, conferences, and specialized publications.
- Ensure all responsibilities are conducted following company diversity and inclusion policies.
