Role Overview
The Sales Administrator will be an essential member of the Sales Operations team, responsible for managing the post-sale phase of energy contracts. This role requires close coordination between customers, internal departments, and external energy suppliers to ensure efficient contract processing and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and energy suppliers, facilitating accurate and timely contract processing.
- Address and resolve any issues arising during the switching process by communicating with customers and suppliers.
- Collect outstanding information from customers needed to complete contracts and submit accurate documentation.
- Manage supplier terminations and ensure all data is correctly recorded in internal systems.
- Track and update contract statuses regularly to maintain accurate records.
- Identify areas for process enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to minimize recurring administrative challenges.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to maintain consistent service quality and performance standards.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer support, contract administration, or sales support roles.
- Ability to effectively and professionally resolve customer and supplier queries promptly.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of contract management and key contractual terms is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset focused on continuous process improvement.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, targets-driven environment.
- Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
