Job Opportunity
As a Rural Graduate Valuer, you will collaborate with seasoned valuers, acquiring hands-on experience conducting diverse valuation projects across Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. Your duties will include property visits, market analysis, preparing valuation reports, rating valuations, and working with various rural and lifestyle property categories.
You will be a participant in Opteon's Graduate Valuer Program designed to assist graduates in their early professional stages, guiding them methodically towards registration.

Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Property) or an equivalent qualification
