Opportunity Overview
As a Rural Graduate Valuer, you will collaborate with seasoned valuers engaging in various valuation tasks throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty areas. Your responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, performing market analyses, preparing valuation reports, assisting in rating valuations, and working across diverse rural and lifestyle property categories.
You will participate in the structured Graduate Valuer Program designed to support your early career, guiding you through practical experience and progression toward registration.

Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor of Business (Property) or similar qualification
- Strong enthusiasm for rural property valuation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional and positive attitude
- Proficient computer skills
- A valid driver's license
