Job description
About the Role
We are seeking an RPO Consultant (m/w/d) to join our team remotely, focusing on recruiting for industrial blue-collar groups. Our company manages the full recruitment lifecycle for clients, from initial contact through to hiring. Acting as an external recruitment partner, we represent our clients' interests without engaging in employee leasing or personal agendas, emphasizing digital, sustainable, and neutral processes.
Key Responsibilities
You will independently manage the entire recruitment process for client projects, covering sourcing, screening, and pre-selection of industrial candidates using all relevant channels. You will collaborate closely with client HR representatives, serving as a trusted single point of contact. Building a network of candidates and recruiting channels for industrial target groups is essential. Additionally, you will regularly report on project status, recruitment funnel, and KPIs, while proactively developing new candidate acquisition strategies in close coordination with your team. Modern HR technology and digital tools will be used throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should possess initial experience in recruiting, personnel services, or placement, ideally with an industrial focus; we offer comprehensive training if this is not the case. A passion for service, reliability, empathy, and strong communication skills with clients and candidates are vital. The ability to work independently and in an organized manner remotely without daily supervision, alongside enthusiasm for digital tools and methods, is required. Strong organizational talent and enjoyment of teamwork across locations complete your profile.
Benefits and Conditions
This is a Remote First position allowing work from anywhere, with occasional on-site visits at client locations. A company vehicle from the VW group is provided for private use. Employees receive 30 days of vacation plus additional company benefits. The role involves genuine responsibility and project ownership rather than mere execution. A modern and efficient work environment with digital tools, streamlined procedures, and rapid decision-making in a motivated, dispersed team that holds regular events is offered. Notably, SOLUA does not hold an employee leasing permit, maintaining full neutrality with clients and suppliers.
Application Process
We welcome your application and will respond promptly to schedule an initial phone interview, followed by a meeting with your future team.
