Role overview
Cintas is looking for a Route Service Representative to oversee customer accounts and support growth within the Rental Division. In this field-based role, you will operate along a set route, serving an established customer base by delivering and collecting uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning items, and other facility service products. The work is hands-on, fast-moving, and involves both indoor and outdoor tasks.

Key duties
- Represent the company professionally as the main point of contact for customers
- Build strong working relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Maintain service quality and address customer issues proactively
- Increase sales with existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Handle renewal discussions for service agreements and manage inventory responsibly
- Follow safe driving practices and comply with vehicle regulations
Required qualifications
Candidates must satisfy all provincial rules for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Before the first day of work, applicants must hold a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s licence.
Successful candidates should also be able to meet the physical demands of the position, hold a high school diploma, GED, or military service background, and demonstrate strong customer service skills. The role also calls for self-drive, teamwork, a positive attitude, organization, ambition, and a genuine service mindset.

Compensation
The estimated total yearly compensation for this position is between CAD 45,000 and CAD 90,000. Earnings are made up of base salary plus commissions. Pay decisions may vary based on skills, experience, training, performance, and other business needs, and the actual offer may differ depending on location-related pay factors.
