Role overview
Cintas is hiring a Route Service Representative to support and expand customer accounts within the Rental Division. In this field-based role, you will operate a truck on a set route, serving an established customer base by delivering and collecting uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items. The position is hands-on, physically active, and split between indoor and outdoor work.

Key duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Maintain service quality and respond quickly to customer issues
- Increase sales within current accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Handle service renewals, manage inventory, and work in a professional and safe manner
- Follow all driving rules and vehicle compliance requirements
Qualifications and requirements
Candidates must meet the provincial requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs before their first day of work. A valid, unrestricted full driver’s licence is required. Successful applicants should also be able to meet the physical demands of the job, hold a high school diploma, GED, or military service background, and bring a strong customer service mindset. The role also calls for self-motivation, teamwork, a positive attitude, organization, ambition, and a genuine service orientation.
Compensation and benefits
The estimated total annual compensation for this position is between $45,000 and $90,000, made up of base salary and earned commissions. Pay may vary based on skills, experience, training, performance, and business needs, and the top of the range is not the typical starting point.
