Role Overview

The Roster Support Officer within the Mackay Base Hospital's Roster Support Office will join permanently to assist nurse unit and line managers by delivering professional rostering and workforce management support aimed at optimal resource allocation within business units.

Team Environment

This position is part of the Human Resources Team, which offers specialized guidance and assistance to line managers and staff throughout the Mackay Health and Hospital Service.
