Role Overview
This is a temporary assignment covering maternity leave from August 2026 through January 2027. - Ensure service delivery and individual performance reflect Accor values: Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation and Respect.
- Support the guest experience through pre-stay and post-stay communication as well as handling guest enquiries.
- Maintain a strong and consistent impression of Raffles Singapore’s products and colleagues.
- Manage Rooms Division contracts and work with suppliers when changes are required.
- Track appointments and keep assigned diaries updated.
- Stay informed about hotel activities and services so guest enquiries can be answered effectively.
- Work in accordance with SOPs and Raffles Singapore local SOPs.
- Support the handling and follow-up of security incidents, guest complaints and colleague injuries together with the Lobby Manager, while reinforcing hotel values.
- Respond to guest feedback and TripAdvisor reviews.
- Follow WSH policies and procedures, and ensure colleagues and direct reports are trained to comply with WSH guidelines.
- Contribute to the hotel’s CSR initiatives.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
