Key responsibilities

You will coordinate the team and manage service flow so that guest and restaurant operations run smoothly. The role also involves monitoring operational needs, ensuring procedures are followed, and helping maintain consistent service quality.

  • Allocate tables and assign work to team members.
  • Coordinate with the cooperative company to arrange the required number of workers based on demand.
  • Spot operational needs in the assigned area and communicate them to the supervisor.
  • Ensure procedures are followed according to the checklist.
  • Oversee the work of all team members to keep service quality steady.
  • Handle movement of goods and materials between different areas.
  • Assist the supervisor with administrative matters and team development.
  • Maintain track of monthly food and beverage inventories.
