Role overview
As a Spa Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, you will help create a calm, spotless, and welcoming spa experience for every guest. This role is centered on attentive service, cleanliness, and supporting day-to-day spa operations while reflecting the warmth and standards associated with hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a positive, service-oriented approach, respond quickly to requests, and handle concerns in a courteous and efficient way.
- Keep spa spaces clean, hygienic, and inviting by sanitizing locker rooms, treatment areas, and equipment in line with health and safety expectations.
- Track spa consumables and replenish towels, refreshments, and other guest amenities when needed.
- Watch over spa activity and report any issues or irregularities to help preserve a safe and relaxing atmosphere.
- Accurately complete guest payments using the point-of-sale system, including cash handling, card transactions, change issuance, and redemption of gift certificates or gift cards.
- Provide general operational support to the spa team and take on additional tasks as needed to improve the guest experience.
