Hilton is hiring a Waiter/Waitress for Peacock Alley at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will help create memorable dining moments by delivering attentive food and beverage service and contributing to the warm, welcoming atmosphere the brand is known for.

What you'll do

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a positive, service-focused attitude throughout every interaction.
• Look for ways to enhance each guest’s dining experience and add thoughtful touches where possible.
• Build strong knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials so guest questions can be answered clearly and confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and ensure completed orders are delivered in a timely manner.
• Keep the service station stocked, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
• Follow all relevant health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards to support guest and team safety.
