Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support your room team to implement high-quality, play-based learning programs.
- Plan and supervise captivating, age-appropriate activities promoting child development.
- Ensure a secure, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Exemplify excellence in early years education practices.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with parents and guardians.
- Maintain compliance with Tusla regulations and organizational policies.
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth effectively.
- Uphold rigorous standards of safety and wellness.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum NFQ Level 6 qualification in Childcare; Level 7 or 8 preferred.
- Prior experience working within early years educational settings.
- Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of Aistear and Síolta educational frameworks.
- Strong communication capabilities and a positive, proactive mindset.
- Confidence and skill in mentoring and guiding team members.
