The nursery is recognized as a Great Place to Work. Further enhanced family and wellbeing benefits include paid maternity, adoption, paternity, parental bereavement, compassionate, and miscarriage leave. Employees also receive a Wellbeing Day, and an additional week of annual leave (The Grand Event) after two years of service. A wide range of retail discounts are available through an employee benefits portal, alongside 24-hour remote GP appointments, medical cashback for various treatments, and regular recognition and reward programs.
