Key Responsibilities

• Service assigned guest rooms in line with hotel housekeeping standards.
• Prepare rooms for guests by making beds and replacing used linens, towels, and toiletries.
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting throughout the assigned areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, mirrors, fixtures, and other room amenities.
• Restock guest consumables, minibar contents where relevant, and other room supplies.
• Flag maintenance defects, broken items, and any safety concerns to the supervisor without delay.
• Manage found items according to the company’s lost-and-found process.
• Keep corridors, service spaces, linen rooms, and other assigned areas clean and orderly.
• Respond to guest requests politely and within a reasonable timeframe.
• Adhere to all hotel rules related to health, safety, hygiene, and security.
• Use cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment correctly and maintain them properly.
• Finish the assigned room quota within the expected time while preserving quality standards.
