Role Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our guest rooms, ensuring every detail is attended to for an outstanding guest experience. Beyond cleaning duties, you will work cooperatively with your team and support guests when needed, contributing to memorable visits and excellent hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and dusting surfaces to guarantee a welcoming environment.
- Adhere to the high standards and procedures set to maintain exceptional room presentation.
- Organize, replenish and maintain housekeeping trolleys with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Use cleaning chemicals responsibly and follow safety guidelines to create a safe workspace.
- Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
- Promptly report any maintenance needs to ensure an uninterrupted quality experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is advantageous.
- Exhibit a friendly, warm communication style to welcome guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and efficient time management skills, taking pride in your work.
- Physically fit for the role, capable of moving between rooms including staircases and open paths.
- Enjoy working within a diverse team environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
