Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring guest rooms are impeccably maintained, contributing directly to the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all visitors. Working within a friendly and dedicated team, you will uphold the distinctive quality standards of both Novotel and Ibis Rotorua Lakeside hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to meet Accor’s brand standards.
• Refresh and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas with meticulous attention.
• Replenish guest amenities and arrange rooms attractively and neatly.
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests courteously, professionally, and in a timely fashion.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols within the hotel.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider housekeeping and rooms teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Available to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts on a rotating roster.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
