Roadside Technician - North West

About the Role

Embark on a fulfilling career with the RAC as a Roadside Technician in the North West region, including locations such as Blackburn, Bradford, Stockport, and Warrington. Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert mechanical repairs and fault diagnostics on vehicles at roadside locations.
• Deliver effective solutions for issues such as flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex faults swiftly and safely.
• Provide reassuring, high-quality customer service during breakdown situations.
• Operate independently, managing a personal RAC van and tools from start to finish each day based at your home.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or its equivalent.
• Have a minimum of two years' technical experience post-qualification, including expertise in electrical systems and diagnostics.
• Possess a full valid UK driving licence.
• Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
