Key Responsibilities
- Begin and conclude your workday at your driveway with paid hours counted from the moment you enter your van to your return home.
- Operate autonomously across diverse locations and varying conditions while remaining an integral part of a supportive team.
- Utilize your technical expertise and clear communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Address and resolve a broad spectrum of roadside vehicle issues calmly and effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or an equivalent credential supplemented by relevant experience.
- A valid full category B driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Adaptability and confidence in utilizing new technology supplied by the employer, paired with a proactive curiosity to learn.
- Willingness to work flexible shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, reflecting the unpredictable nature of breakdown calls.
