About the Role

Step into an engaging role as a Roadside Rescue Mechanic with a leading motoring organisation. This position involves working independently to provide roadside assistance, ensuring drivers can get back on the road safely in any situation or weather condition. You will serve as the frontline representative, delivering technical support and excellent customer service to members.

Key Responsibilities

• Begin and end your workday from home, with paid hours covering travel in your van between your driveway and customer locations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications combined with relevant experience.
• Hold a full category B driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Adaptability and willingness to use new technologies provided for the role.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
