Job Overview

We are inviting enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Management Trainees. This role offers an 18-month structured development program designed to provide exposure and experience across multiple F&B service areas, guided by experienced managers. This is an exciting opportunity to start a rewarding career in luxury hospitality with strong mentorship and career support.

Responsibilities and Program Details

  • Complete an 18-month development program focused on Food & Beverage management.
  • Rotate through three distinct areas within the F&B Service Division to gain comprehensive operational insight.
  • Work closely with senior managers to acquire necessary skills and knowledge for the role.

Candidate Expectations

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in hospitality management.
  • Strong passion for and eagerness to develop within the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills paired with a helpful and approachable attitude.
  • Flexible to work varied hours, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious to build an international career in hospitality.
  • Previous internships or work experience in hospitality will be considered an advantage.
