The Pack Price Manager role is focused on building and overseeing Saudi Arabia’s pack-price architecture to improve profitable growth. This position ensures that pricing, portfolio, and trade spend decisions are aligned to each channel, relevant to consumers and trade partners, and financially robust. The role also connects pricing design with market execution by leading cross-functional teams, embedding pack-price architecture into Perfect Store segmentation, and measuring results against success criteria.
In addition, the role owns SKU rationalization and portfolio simplification efforts so that Sales and Supply Chain can operate more efficiently while preserving consumer relevance and competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the pack-price architecture across DTS, SSV, Wholesale, and Distributor channels, which represent about 80% of the Saudi business.
- Create the three-year pricing roadmap and yearly AOP plan, including pricing actions by brand, pack, and channel, along with timing and expected financial impact.
- Lead or co-lead the Pricing Council, support decisions with facts, review performance, and align follow-up actions across stakeholders.
- Build pack-price architecture into Perfect Store segmentation so channel and occasion needs are reflected from planning through execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional groups from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category to move initiatives from concept to market, monitor results, and introduce corrective actions where needed.
- Own SKU rationalization and simplification efforts to improve focus, lower supply-chain complexity, and harmonize approaches across Middle East markets.
- Advance the mix-for-growth agenda by setting mix objectives, improving Hero SKU performance, and identifying whitespace opportunities.
- Oversee and report trade spend across channels, with attention to ROI, compliance, and disciplined budget control.
- Use global pricing tools such as P3, PEA, Revolution, and North Star to assess elasticity, model competitor responses, and improve return on investment.
- Provide senior leaders with insights and decision support by explaining risks, variance drivers, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in FMCG, including 2 or more years in Revenue Management or Pricing.
- Hands-on knowledge of pack-price architecture development and trade spend governance.
- Strong capability in financial modeling, elasticity analysis, and ROI optimization.
- Experience with pricing tools such as PEA, P3, Revolution, and North Star.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
- Executive maturity with the ability to balance near-term priorities and long-term objectives.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional settings without relying on formal authority.
