About the role
For a growing security-services company in Kempen, we are looking for reliable and motivated patrol drivers (m/f/d). This position is open to career changers and comes with a fixed 40-hour work week, permanent employment, and an immediate start.
The role focuses on delivering professional safety and protection services, with a strong emphasis on service quality, responsible conduct, and calm handling of changing situations.
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles carefully and accurately across assigned areas and routes.
- Monitor compliance with safety rules and operational regulations during patrols.
- Carry out routine checks and record any irregularities or notable incidents.
- Stay in regular contact with team members as well as customers in a professional manner.
- Respond promptly and appropriately when unexpected situations arise.
Profile
- Dependable and punctual, with a responsible attitude toward daily patrol duties.
- Strong communication skills for friendly and professional interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Good problem-solving ability to react quickly and effectively in varied situations.
- Team-oriented, while also able to work independently when required.
