Job description
Role overview
Phocas Software is scaling quickly, moving from $70M toward $250M in ARR, and the post-sales function needs stronger operational support to match that growth. This role sits at the crossroads of analytics, systems, and commercial execution, with a focus on improving how the business manages retention, expansion, and delivery across Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, and Support.
You will partner closely with go-to-market leaders to clarify metrics, streamline processes, and make day-to-day work more effective for customer-facing teams.
Key focus areas
- Build a single, end-to-end view of the customer experience across CS, AM, PS, and Support.
- Increase visibility into retention, expansion, utilisation, and delivery outcomes.
- Support forecasting for expansion and track performance against targets.
- Improve services forecasting and reporting for on-time delivery.
- Identify friction in current operations and propose practical process fixes.
- Help refine the post-sales technology stack and improve how it is used by teams.
- Translate operational data into useful insights that can drive action.
What success looks like
- Better retention and expansion results.
- Leadership reporting that is trusted, used, and actionable.
- More reliable and predictable delivery of services.
- Systems that work together more cleanly and can scale with the business.
About you
You may come from Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, business/commercial analysis, finance partnering with go-to-market teams, Professional Services Operations, or a similar data-focused operational role in a SaaS or technology company.
The strongest candidates are analytical and systems-minded, but also understand the commercial side of the business. They are comfortable working through complex data, building clarity from ambiguity, and navigating CRM and related tools with curiosity about how systems connect. They can collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and bring a practical, improvement-oriented mindset. Rather than waiting for perfect conditions, they take action to make things better.
Why join Phocas
Phocas is a profitable SaaS business with a loyal customer base and a market-leading product. The company is in an important growth phase, with a clear ambition to scale from $70M to $250M and a refreshed go-to-market structure. This is a chance to help shape how the business delivers value to customers as it grows.
The company also supports flexibility in how people work and encourages employees to pursue what matters to them outside of work, whether that is trying new approaches, leading initiatives, making an impact, or simply having more time for personal priorities.
Equal opportunity statement
Phocas is an equal opportunity employer. All suitably qualified applicants will be considered without discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
