Role Overview
In this Revenue Operations Analyst position, you will own Salesforce as the primary CRM and work closely across Sales, Finance, and Data Science. The role is highly visible and centers on improving CRM performance, raising forecast accuracy, strengthening pipeline reporting, and keeping data dependable across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of Salesforce administration, including custom objects, reporting, dashboards, and data handling.
- Streamline the CRM by removing duplicate fields, outdated reports, and unused objects.
- Improve data quality and governance through standard definitions, deduplication practices, and control checks.
- Create reporting and dashboards that let leadership review pipeline performance and deal flow without manual data pulls.
- Work with Sales, FP&A, and Data Science to identify forecasting issues and close gaps in pipeline management.
- Use Claude and similar AI tools to uncover data gaps, automate reporting, and make CRM insights easier to access.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a fast-moving tech environment.
- Practical Salesforce administration experience, including custom objects, dashboards, reports, and data management.
- Experience improving or simplifying a Salesforce environment while managing CRM governance from end to end.
- A strategic mindset for CRM optimization, including analyzing the current setup, spotting gaps, and implementing improvements.
- Strong understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics, and revenue forecasting.
- The ability to turn CRM data into clear reporting for sales leaders and executives.
- Comfortable communicating asynchronously in a remote-first workplace.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Background in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
- Experience with Sigma, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Hands-on use of Claude or other AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Benefits and Perks
- Remote-first setup with flexibility to work from home, an office, or a mix of both; the main office is in Toronto, with additional co-working spaces in New York, London, and Singapore.
- 4 weeks of PTO available from day one, plus an extra week of flex days.
- Company-paid extended health coverage starting on day one.
- Strong parental leave support with flexible arrangements.
- Home office stipend to help you build a comfortable workspace.
- Monthly Wi-Fi reimbursement.
- Annual learning and development budget.
- 401(k) match for the US or RRSP match for Canada.
- Stock options.
- Yearly company offsites and retreats focused on connection, collaboration, and fun.
Why This Role May Appeal to You
- Small team size, which can give you meaningful ownership and impact from the start.
- Strong emphasis on personal growth and shaping the job around your goals and interests.
- A culture that values honesty, professionalism, and thoughtful risk-taking in a high-growth setting.
- Team members report strong employee satisfaction, and the company has been recognized as a leading Web3 employer.
Compensation
The role offers transparent base pay. The US salary range is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, and the Canada salary range is CAD 80,000 to 100,000 per year. This range covers base salary only and does not include extra compensation, sales incentives, or benefits. For candidates based in other countries, compensation details will be shared during the first interview. Final pay will depend on job-related skills, relevant education, and training.
Interview Process
The hiring process is designed to be organized and informative. In the first recruiter conversation, you will learn more about the company, the role, and the next steps. You should be ready to explain your interest in the company and what excites you about the opportunity. The company aims to provide timely updates throughout the process, including feedback if you are not selected to move forward. The full process is expected to take about 2 to 4 weeks from the initial screening to an offer, though timing may vary.
Hiring Verification
The company conducts a detailed hiring verification process to confirm candidate identity. This includes document checks, in-person interviews, and background checks. Candidates must complete all required steps to remain eligible for hire. Any false information or attempts to bypass the process will result in immediate disqualification.
