Job description
Role overview
The Revenue Management Specialist will help deploy Revenue and Trade Management capabilities across the UAE, using Ferrero Group frameworks and keeping local business priorities in focus. The position is centered on improving revenue levers, supporting value maneuver initiatives, and strengthening commercial excellence through business intelligence, pricing studies, trade investment control, compliance, and the use of standard commercial tools and processes.
Key responsibilities
This role involves gathering, organizing, and storing proof of in-store execution such as assortment visibility, planogram adherence, pricing, promotions, and other commercial activities. You will help define and use practical data-collection methods so that the information is archived correctly and can be used for analysis, benchmarking, and future planning. You will also help manage the commercial calendar, ensuring important deadlines are shared and met, while supporting preventive controls and follow-up actions.
You will contribute to the development and upkeep of dashboards and business intelligence tools by tracking core performance indicators such as sell-out, market share, competitor movements, distribution, and other business metrics. The role includes supporting the adoption of CUP, eSellOut, eP&L, and MyPS, maintaining data stewardship, controlling dashboard access and visibility, and assisting with trade margin analysis and selling recommendations to support fact-based decisions.
In customer agreements and compliance work, you will assist with reviewing customer contracts and commercial addenda to make sure they follow company requirements and policy. You will help address contractual issues, monitor renewal dates, support GRC rollout, and ensure customer presentations and proposals reflect approved terms and internal standards.
You will support pricing optimization by monitoring Ferrero and competitor price movements, assessing key pricing indicators, and preparing recommendations for pricing decisions and value maneuver plans. This also includes pricing analysis for new launches, channel-specific approaches, and retailer opportunities, while helping preserve a competitive and profitable price position.
For trade terms and promotions, you will track gross-to-net movement, trade spend effectiveness, and promotional results. You will help with pre- and post-promotion ROI reviews, evaluate uplift and activation performance, and suggest ways to improve trade investment and promotional planning in line with Group Commercial Policy.
Within product mix optimization, you will review portfolio performance, mix opportunities, and channel patterns to identify ways to improve growth and profitability. You will support recommendations on distribution, channel mix, customer mix, and volume allocation to strengthen commercial results.
In customer planning, you will work with Sales teams on customer reviews, profitability analysis, joint business planning, promotional planning, and budget monitoring. You will bring value-chain insights and performance analysis, while helping embed execution and market KPIs such as MyPS and sell-out into customer plans.
As part of commercial capabilities, you will support trade spend management and process compliance while serving as a key user for commercial tools and systems including SAP TM, SAP ATMA, and customer profitability platforms. You will help improve adoption, reporting, and commercial processes in line with Ferrero Group standards.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, or a similar commercial role, preferably within FMCG in the UAE. Strong analytical and commercial thinking is essential, along with hands-on experience in pricing analysis, trade investment management, customer profitability, reporting, and business performance analysis. You should be able to turn data into practical insights and support strategic decisions. Good stakeholder management and communication skills are important, as the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience with SAP, Power BI, customer profitability tools, or similar systems will be an advantage.
