Job description

Job overview

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Asia Pacific is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst based in Singapore to support commercial performance across its APAC hotel portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Director of Revenue Management to study market movements, pricing outcomes, demand trends, and distribution performance, then turn those insights into actions that improve revenue results.

This position is analytical and commercially oriented, combining revenue management, business intelligence, and strategic decision support. You will help shape revenue plans, produce insights that guide decisions, and partner with hotel and regional teams to strengthen occupancy, rate, and overall revenue performance.

The role also offers the chance to contribute to revenue strategy across a major global hospitality company while gaining exposure to a wide range of hotels and markets throughout Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the Regional Director of Revenue Management to design and implement revenue strategies across the APAC portfolio.
  • Track and evaluate portfolio performance indicators such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, channel mix, and pricing results.
  • Help hotels improve pricing, inventory control, and market mix to capture stronger revenue opportunities.
  • Review competitor pricing, market conditions, and broader industry trends across important APAC markets.
  • Suggest actions that can improve revenue performance and overall commercial outcomes.
  • Study demand patterns, customer behavior, distribution effectiveness, and competitive positioning to produce practical business insights.
  • Prepare forecasts, performance summaries, and management reports for regional leaders and hotel stakeholders.
  • Carry out deeper analysis to uncover growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that assist planning and performance tracking.
  • Improve revenue management processes, tools, and reporting methods to increase efficiency and decision quality.
  • Support the accuracy and effectiveness of revenue management systems and data across assigned properties.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and hotel teams to carry out revenue plans effectively.
  • Assist with onboarding new hotels onto Wyndham revenue management platforms, systems, and workflows.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a closely related area.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience, with strong fresh graduates also welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including the skill to convert data into usable business recommendations.
  • Evidence of spotting opportunities, improving processes, or achieving measurable results through academic work, internships, extracurricular activities, or prior employment.
  • Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with comfort handling large datasets and structured analysis.
  • Confidence working with numbers and data, plus a careful eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Curiosity to understand what drives business performance.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain findings to different audiences.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach and willingness to own assigned workstreams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay effective in a fast-moving regional environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and comfort working across different functions and cultures.
  • Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is helpful but not essential.
  • Prior exposure through internships or work in hospitality, travel, e-commerce, consulting, or commercial analytics is an added advantage.
