Role Overview
This position calls for a retired government banking expert to join Urban Money in Indore on a full-time, on-site basis. The incumbent will utilize their government and banking experience to offer clients well-rounded advice on loan offerings, eligibility standards, and ideal borrowing choices. Typical activities include engaging with clients to assess their financial objectives, detailing loan products from a range of institutions, and aiding them in documentation and compliance processes.
Collaboration with internal departments to facilitate smooth application progress, monitoring case statuses, and resolving lender-related issues will be essential duties. The role demands adherence to strict ethical standards, sharing specialized knowledge on government banking procedures, and driving improvements in advisory services.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated background in government banking or public sector financial organizations, possessing comprehensive knowledge of loan regulations, policies, and compliance.
- Skilled in guiding clients objectively on loan product options, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements, prioritizing client interests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clearly convey intricate financial details and foster lasting client relationships.
- Capacity to operate effectively on-site in Indore, manage multiple client files concurrently, and coordinate with both internal teams and external lending agents.
- Exemplifies integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in managing sensitive client information.
- Familiarity with fundamental digital tools used for loan management, record maintenance, and communication.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related disciplines; equivalent government banking experience will also be taken into account.
- Awareness of the Indore regional market including loan and mortgage products commonly utilized in the area is advantageous.
