Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will be instrumental in maintaining store excellence by managing merchandising, stock levels, and smooth transactions. Handling point-of-sale operations and cash balancing duties accurately at the end of each shift are critical functions of this role.

Key Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs and surpassing expectations.
• Assist the Store Manager leveraging your retail experience to support day-to-day store functions.
• Collaborate fully with team members to foster a cooperative working environment.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring safety and precision in all tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work weekend and overnight shifts as operationally required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
• Competence in operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Availability for a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts.
