Your Role and Responsibilities

• Contribute to building a high-performance culture ensuring superb customer service across all store areas.
• Assist in diverse areas ranging from direct customer engagement to back-of-house stock handling and processing.
• Provide outstanding assistance before, during, and after the sales process to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain the store ambiance and brand representation through effective merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
• Support efficient receipt and management of stock by following the store's receiving procedures.
