About The Position

Join Smiggle Eastgardens as a Store Manager, where fun meets leadership! This role involves leading a vibrant team to create a lively shopping space that delights children and adults alike. You will be responsible for motivating your team, driving sales, and ensuring a joyful customer experience. The position offers flexibility with either full-time (38 hours) or part-time (30 hours) options, working Tuesday to Saturday without late-night shifts.

Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of store appearance by implementing visual merchandising plans and launching engaging promotions.
• Efficiently manage inventory, minimizing loss and maximizing sales of Smiggle's diverse product range.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment that captures the Smiggle brand essence for customers and staff.
• Create well-organized staff schedules to support peak business times and smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership and team coaching experience with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Background in retail management or store leadership.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, managing stock levels, and wage budgets.
• Experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
