About the Role
Join a customer-focused retail team with one of Australia’s best-known convenience businesses. In this position, you will help make every store visit straightforward and pleasant by delivering quick service, a welcoming attitude, and dependable support across day-to-day store operations.
What You Will Be Doing
This role centers on keeping the store running smoothly through merchandising, managing stock levels, supporting inventory control, and processing transactions accurately at the register. You will also be responsible for balancing cash at the end of shifts and helping maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised retail environment.
Key Duties
- Provide service that leaves customers feeling valued and well looked after.
- Assist the Store Manager with everyday retail operations.
- Work closely with other team members to maintain a strong team environment.
- Show care and accuracy in store standards, safety, and task completion.
- Be available for rostered work across weekends and overnight shifts when required.
What You Need
- Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- You should be able to use point-of-sale systems and manage cash correctly.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities are important.
- Availability across a 7-day roster is required, including weekends and night shifts.
