About the Role
Unique Design Creation seeks a proactive and dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee daily showroom activities. This role requires independent management of store operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting basic marketing efforts to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations ensuring an organized, clean, and professional environment.
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and offer excellent assistance.
- Coordinate staff to ensure efficient workflow and maintain discipline.
- Manage inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Assist with billing, order tracking, and customer follow-ups.
- Compile daily sales and operational reports.
- Address customer queries promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Support basic marketing activities such as social media updates, promotional campaigns, and local customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies aimed at business growth.
- Ensure timely store opening/closing and secure company assets.
