Job description
Role overview
This position supports the daily running of a retail outlet at Changi Airport, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and delivering a premium customer experience.
Key duties
- Manage everyday store operations and work toward the assigned sales goals.
- Share current promotions and offers with customers in a clear and engaging way.
- Consistently deliver high service standards and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
- Follow the work roster and any tasks allocated by supervisors or managers.
- Represent the business professionally on the sales floor and help maintain the brand’s image.
Requirements
- Education at GCE O Level or an equivalent standard, or above.
- Strong customer service capability.
- A service-first attitude with solid interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others, stay mature in approach, and remain self-motivated.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
- Knowledge of Chinese spirits is an added advantage.
