Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will interact with customers daily in the store and play a key role in creating meaningful client relationships. Rather than simply completing transactions, the focus is on understanding each visitor’s needs in detail and guiding them toward products that best match their preferences. Every customer matters, whether they are ready to buy or only browsing.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet shoppers warmly, share product details clearly, and build a comfortable connection with each customer.
- Proactively assist visitors, respond to their questions, identify their requirements, and suggest products that suit their tastes while encouraging purchase decisions.
- Handle customer concerns, questions, and complaints in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Support revenue growth by clearly presenting promotions, special deals, discounts, and other selling initiatives used by the business.
- Maintain sales records independently, work with relevant teams, and help improve overall performance.
- Represent the brand’s quality standards consistently in every customer interaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant customer-facing sales experience in Qatar, preferably in luxury retail, watches, or jewelry.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales management certification from a recognized provider is considered an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong spoken and written Arabic communication skills.
