Overview
We are seeking skilled Retail Sales Executives to join our kidswear retail outlet team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, assist customers, manage billing processes, and maintain a pleasant shopping environment to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting appropriate products while delivering excellent service.
- Manage billing accurately including cash and card transactions.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and product displays are appealing.
- Monitor stock levels, confirm availability, and report shortages promptly.
- Contribute to meeting store sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Experience range: zero to two years in retail sales, ideally in kidswear or apparel segments.
- Familiarity with billing software and basic MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication capabilities and customer service aptitude.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from INR 10,000 to 20,000.
