Retail Sales Executive

Job Overview

We seek a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to work at our store specializing in health and fitness supplements. This role involves assisting customers, promoting our product range, and delivering a welcoming shopping environment.

Key Duties

• Welcome customers and assess their fitness and nutrition needs.
• Describe product benefits, usage instructions, and proper dosing of gym and health supplements.
• Highlight current promotions, newly launched products, and top-selling items.
• Meet monthly sales goals and support overall store expansion.
• Manage billing procedures including cash, UPI, and card payments.
• Ensure tidy product displays, cleanliness, and well-organized stock.
• Support in inventory checks, expiry date monitoring, and stock replenishment.
• Address customer questions and courteously resolve basic complaints.
• Record sales data and prepare daily reports.
• Adhere to store policies, and uphold hygiene and customer service standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Completion of 10+2 / PUC; graduates preferred.
• Fresh candidates welcome with training provided.
• Interest in fitness, gym culture, health, and nutrition products is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact well with customers.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends when needed.
• Language proficiency mandatory in Hindi, English, and Kannada.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 25,000.
