Role Overview

This full-time, on-site retail sales cum cashier position based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi involves welcoming and assisting customers with selecting appropriate school uniform products from the company’s assortment. Daily duties include conducting sales transactions, managing the cash register or POS system, handling payments, issuing receipts, processing returns and exchanges as per company policy. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a tidy and appealing sales floor, tracking inventory levels, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely product restocking. Providing courteous, professional customer service, addressing inquiries, and supporting store operations to achieve sales targets are also essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• The positions are exclusively open to female Filipinas.
• Proven customer service and retail sales aptitude, with skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Competency in cash handling and POS operation including precise billing, payment management, and record maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with a diverse customer demographic professionally.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational capability for managing product arrangements, inventory monitoring, and adherence to store protocols.
• Basic mathematical skills and computer literacy for sales transactions, stock verification, and simple reporting.
• Experience in retail, especially apparel or uniform sales, is advantageous; familiarity with the UAE market or similar retail environments is preferable.
• Physical stamina to remain standing for long periods and willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate in a team-based atmosphere.
• Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail, sales, or customer service are beneficial.
