About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at the Dublin Frascati Retail Store. This permanent part-time role involves working directly with customers seeking medical aids and costly equipment that supports comfort, mobility, and greater independence in daily life.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and efficient retail space, assisting with smooth day-to-day operations alongside colleagues and the Retail Manager.
• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming walk-in clients and guiding them throughout their shopping experience.
• Inform customers about various product features and benefits to ensure they select appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
• Promote ongoing sales and marketing campaigns while adhering to best sales practices.
• Develop lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and strong referrals.
• Oversee specific product categories, ensuring accurate and attractive display and promotional efforts within the store.
• Address customer queries via phone, email, chatbot, and face-to-face, assisting with order placements and product information.
• Manage daily cash reconciliation tasks, track discrepancies, and handle monetary lodgements as necessary.
• Support efforts related to housekeeping, stock control, and general store maintenance.
• Comply fully with company policies to guarantee safe and compliant retail operations.
• Assist with additional duties to promote the overall success of the store.

Skills & Experience Required

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable retail role is essential.
• Familiarity with EPOS systems, Microsoft Office, Shopify, and other online platforms is required.
• Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-moving, customer-focused retail environment.
