Work Schedule

• 9 hours per day
• 6 days per week, with weekly offs on a rotating schedule
• Availability for working retail shifts including weekends is required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service experiences
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products
• Meet individual and overall store sales objectives
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
• Manage stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations
• Ensure store standards are maintained according to PUMA guidelines
• Support customers throughout their purchasing journey

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
• 0-5 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, apparel, footwear, fashion, or sportswear sectors
• Strong passion for sales and a customer-centric mindset
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
• An interest in sports and an active lifestyle is an advantage
