Job description
Overview
We have an opening for a permanent full-time role focused on retail recruitment, operating from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Experienced candidates will handle end-to-end hiring processes specifically for retail and retail sales positions. This position includes a fixed monthly pay plus performance-based incentives.
Working Details
- Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Location: Onsite in Bhopal
- Compensation: Up to ₹15,000 monthly plus incentives
Eligibility Criteria
- At least one year of practical experience in retail recruitment or retail sales hiring
- Candidates should not currently be enrolled in any educational program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
- Proven experience using Naukri's Resdex platform and other job portals for candidate sourcing
- Must have a personal laptop or desktop with reliable internet connectivity
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for retail roles, from sourcing to closure
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Source applicants through platforms including Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates
- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reporting documents
- Establish productive relationships with clients and candidates to ensure hiring targets
- Ensure quality recruitment processes while achieving prompt closure of positions
- Stay informed about recruitment trends and sourcing methods
Required Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment lifecycle management
- Experience with Naukri (Resdex) and other job portals as primary sourcing tools
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities
- Adept at managing multiple hiring projects concurrently
- Good organizational skills and effective time management
- Familiarity with MS Office suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a bonus
