HR Recruiter - US Staffing (Night Shift)

Role Overview and Responsibilities

This position is based in Noida and operates on a night shift schedule aligned with US working hours, focusing on US recruitment.

• Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle for the US recruitment teams located in Noida and Bangalore.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, extend job offers, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
• Facilitate comprehensive induction programs and maintain up-to-date employee records.
• Implement employee engagement strategies and recognition schemes to boost morale.
• Address employee relations concerns and respond to HR-related inquiries.
• Manage the resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and ensure clearance and separation procedures are smoothly executed.
• Maintain strict compliance with HR documentation requirements and internal process standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR functions such as Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and HRMS software.
• Must be prepared to work night shifts corresponding with US business hours.
