Your Role as Retail Store Coordinator

In this position, you will guide and motivate the team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences in a lively and fast-moving retail setting. Leadership by example is key as you help foster team alignment and uphold store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities including visual merchandising, customer service excellence, back room, and merchandise processing operations.
• Ensure consistent communication of updates and alignment within the team to maintain high-quality store operations and customer service.
• Manage and organize work priorities, supporting team collaboration and educating staff on customer service protocols and policies.
• Coach and mentor associates on effective merchandise display and customer interaction, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Develop impactful merchandise presentations and implement brand strategies to enhance store appeal and value perception.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, with a solid understanding of customer requirements and store processes.
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach to working with others to build positive team dynamics.
• Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment, exhibiting adaptability and effective task management.
• Strong communication capabilities combined with proficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and share information clearly.
