About the role
This position is for an experienced retail customer service professional who can contribute to training AI systems. The work involves checking how AI chatbots perform, assessing the soundness of their reasoning, and identifying issues that can help improve overall model quality.
The role calls for a very strong level of writing, editing, and content creation ability. Backgrounds in communications and journalism are also relevant, alongside related fields.
Contracting advantages

Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they produce.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent grasp of grammar, style, and brand tone.
- A Bachelor's degree that is underway, completed, or currently being pursued is preferred, though not mandatory.
