About the role
This position is for an experienced customer service professional who can support the training of AI models. The work centers on testing chatbot responses, assessing how well they reason through tasks, and identifying issues that can improve model quality.
The ideal candidate should already have a strong command of written communication, editing, and language usage. Experience with research and fact-checking is also relevant to success in this role.

Responsibilities

- A bachelor’s degree that is currently being pursued, already completed, or in progress is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
