About the Role

In the Retail Coordinator position, you will engage in a dynamic role combining creativity and customer service. Your responsibilities will include planning product placements and promotions, managing merchandising and store appearance, alongside direct customer assistance on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, precise advice and support to customers, exemplifying excellent service.
- Uphold branch standards, focusing on merchandising quality, planogram implementation, and promotional displays.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and tidiness.
- Assist with inventory control and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
Work Schedule
- Sunday: 9am to 5pm
- Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm
- Total weekly hours: 41.5
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous retail experience is essential, ideally including merchandising responsibilities.
- Creative aptitude for product placement and enhancing store visuals.
- Friendly, positive demeanor with strong communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly store environment.
