Role overview

This full-time retail associate opportunity is based in Toronto, Ontario, at the Winners store in the Stockyards area. The role is suited to candidates at any stage of their career, including those without prior retail experience, as training will be provided.

What you will do

• Welcome shoppers, respond to their needs, and contribute to a friendly, positive customer experience.
• Handle a mix of store duties such as operating the cash, supporting fitting rooms, assisting in the stockroom, and helping keep the sales floor tidy and inviting.
• Take part in learning and development opportunities to build product, process, and service knowledge.
• Work cooperatively with teammates to support daily store goals and deliver strong service.

Compensation
