Primary Objectives
- Attain individual KPIs and contribute positively to the store's overall results.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire shopping experience.
- Maintain the store's commercial standards in line with company policies.
- Follow all company guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met within the store.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
Responsibilities as Training Champion
- Lead coaching sessions both one-on-one and in groups to upskill colleagues.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and motivation among team members.
- Assess training effectiveness through quizzes and knowledge checks.
- Ensure team completion of all mandatory training courses.
- Allocate approved time away from floor duties for training activities.
- Identify and communicate store training needs to the Regional Trainer.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to refine training programs continually.
- Utilize authorized training tools such as Workday Learning, Retail Content Training Library, NB Link, Website resources, Running Blog, and Regional Trainer guidance.
