Job description
Role Overview
This position supports the smooth operation and management of food and beverage outlets within the airport, ensuring that partners deliver excellent culinary experiences, meet revenue goals, and uphold high standards in food quality, service, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with restaurant and beverage concessionaires across the airport complex.
- Assist with lease negotiations, renewals, and terms related to rental agreements.
- Collaborate with partners to guarantee diverse menus that meet high culinary standards.
- Monitor food preparation quality, presentation, and compliance with culinary protocols.
- Enhance customer experience by maintaining excellent service levels, venue cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities within the concessions.
- Evaluate sales and financial performance through data analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with airport regulations, including health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding culinary operations, business management, and customer service principles.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and emergency procedures.
- Capability to utilize data analytics tools for sales, customer insight, and operational assessment.
- Experience in quality assurance to maintain consistent food and service standards.
- Awareness of sustainable industry practices like waste reduction and responsible ingredient sourcing.
- Knowledge of applicable local food safety, health, and sanitation laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
